Aeries Moving to the Cloud June 16th

Good morning,

Martinez USD manages and hosts Aeries, our Student Information System and online student/parent portal, on our own servers.  As part of a major initiative at Aeries, we will be moving this platform to Aeries Cloud starting late evening Monday June 16, 2025.  During this overnight migration process, Aeries will be inaccessible.  Aeries will return to normal operation early in the morning on June 17, 2025.  Additional updates to this post will be provided on the status of the upgrade and when Aeries has been returned to operation.

What does this mean for Martinez USD?

  • The website for Aeries will change to a new web address.  Bookmarks will need to be updated in your web browser.  This address will be provided in future updates to this post, once it is finalized.
  • Martinez USD will implement measures to redirect visitors to the parent/student portal to the correct address on the Internet through a seamless process.  This will be active for the foreseeable future.
  • Outside of a new address, nothing will change on how you access the Aeries parent/student portal.  Your login information remains the same and the look and feel of Aeries will not change from what you are used to today.
We hope to make this process as easy as possible but anticipate that issues may arise as part of this update.  If you have issues logging in to your account over the summer please visit our Parent/Guest Help Desk.  You can use the form to submit a ticket and we can assist you with accessing the parent/student portal.  We are only able to assist with password resets.

If you need to perform updates to your students record, please call your schools main office and they can assist you.
